​Karen Yeboah-Norment is a dual board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. Helping patients achieve their mental health goals in the primary care outpatient setting became her passion, which led Karen to return to school to earn her psychiatric nurse practitioner certificate in not only treating her patients physically, but mentally as well. Karen obtained her MSN degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at The College of New Jersey in 2016 and her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification from Wilkes University in 2021.   Karen has experience in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Postpartum Depression, Bipolar Disorder Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and Substance Dependence. As a dual board-certified nurse practitioner, she is confident that she will have a positive impact on her patient's health using her knowledge, education and warmth to help individuals take control of their own health in promoting personal wellness, preventing illness and delivering enhanced perspective and current evidence-based practice to ensure her patients receive the highest standards of care possible.   Aside from her career, Karen enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, shopping, attending educational seminars, and training the next generation of nurse practitioners with her educational company PearlsforNPs. Karen believes Nursing is a calling, and despite the challenges that we face, the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others is a daily blessing.

​Kesha is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Kesha has worked in various settings that allowed her to see the great need for mental health services. She works closely with her patients to help them meet their treatment goals. Kesha believes in a holistic approach and encourages patients to be active in their treatment plan to ensure desired outcomes are met. She helps patients manage their Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and several other conditions. She uses evidence-based practice in psychopharmacology along with supportive, outcome-oriented therapy to treat many mental health conditions. Kesha has a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Thomas Edison State College. From her work experience, she developed an interest in mental health and saw that there was a need for more providers. Kesha holds a Master’s degree from Monmouth University as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.  She became board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner after graduating from Wilkes University Post Master’s program. When she isn’t treating patients, Kesha enjoys a variety of activities including tennis, pilates, and traveling. She treasures the time she spends with family and friends.

Through a compassionate and solution-focused lens, Jessica serves to assist individuals and couples improve the quality of their life through the use of talk therapy. For almost 20 years she has provided evidenced- based therapy to thousands of individuals. She is a state licensed Professional Counselor and received her first master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and a secondary master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University. Her staple focuses in counseling have been Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Relationship Trauma, Financial Trauma, ADHD, Self Esteem and professionals who struggle with Impostor Syndrome. Additionally, Jessica has done extensive work in maternal health to work with mothers who suffer with pre and post-partum and stress related to the new role of motherhood. With her range of experience, she seeks to provide the best care for those who are the best fit for her services.
